When is countdown waiwakiho going to improve. There is always only 3 or 4 checkouts going after school and lots of staff standing around at the front desk laughing etc . We just want to shop and get home!! Also there is always stock missing !! It was kumeras one day, icing sugar and cake mix another and spinach another day. So frustrating!! If another supermarket opened nearby I would shop there !!!

I am disgusted that you sold my son a $10 ten dollar skinny top up voucher . And charged him $20 twenty dollars for it .I have proof on the receipt . Everybody . Don't send your children into that shop! They will rip your children off . When I complained .All he had to say was " These things happen " . THESE THINGS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN! ...
